This Software License Agreement describes the terms under which SH Labs LLC licenses WP Border Control to you.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this agreement and any applicable purchase terms, SH Labs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use WP Border Control for your own websites or client websites as permitted by your plan or purchase terms.
Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. SH Labs LLC and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, branding, documentation, updates, and related materials.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute, sublicense, lease, resell, copy for unauthorized commercial distribution, remove licensing controls, or create misleading derivative distributions of the software unless a separate written agreement expressly allows it.
Updates and Support
Access to updates, premium features, and support may depend on the license type, subscription status, or current commercial offering. A license does not guarantee perpetual access to future premium features unless that access is expressly included in the applicable plan.
Compatibility and Environment Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining a supported WordPress environment, current backups, administrator access, and any hosting, caching, firewall, or reverse proxy setup needed for the software to function correctly in your stack.
Termination
This license may terminate if you violate these terms, misuse the software, or fail to meet payment obligations tied to licensed access. Upon termination, you must stop using any terminated licensed materials and features covered by that access.
No Security Guarantee
WP Border Control is an access-control tool. It is intended to help reduce unwanted admin access, but it does not guarantee complete website security, eliminate all attack paths, or replace layered security practices.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SH Labs LLC will not be liable for damages arising from installation, configuration, use, misuse, inability to use, or reliance on the software.
